Breakfast:
2 wholegrain bread with a spread of organic peanut butter and spread of organic raspberry jam, a cup of milk, a "Big Apple"
Lunch:
2 bread wheat, three slices of roast beef, 2 slices tomato, lettuce, no sauce of any kind, 2 small apple, 2 cups of oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins in it.
Dinner:
two patches of orange and orange shabu shabu
I have more than 3000 calories today?

Note: You do not mention anything to drink, could have the calories. Moreover, the way things are is not measured correctly. I doubt you have spent more than 3,000 calories. Looks like you are on a diet? If so, why is your goal 3000? It should be about half.
