Note: You do not mention anything to drink, could have the calories. Moreover, the way things are is not measured correctly. For example, "a statement Jam" is not as accurate as a t ""ablespoon or be more specific. In addition, shells" two Shabu Shabu is "a complete picture in the dark because the glass can with a cup of shabu shabu, or be filled up to three cups per plate. If you want to add I also calorieking.com , which is very useful. A better method would be to repeat something before you avoid eating too much food to eat. Good luck!

Holey plenty to eat ... You need to have oatmeal for breakfast ... and reduce the pan ... and add more fruit and Veges, not only apples .... Drink lots of water ...

I doubt you have spent more than 3,000 calories. Looks like you are on a diet? If so, why is your goal 3000? It should be about half.
