Fruit And Vegetable Diet How Much Weight Will You Lose On A Vegetable-fruit Diet For 30 Days?

How much weight will you lose on a vegetable-fruit diet for 30 days? - fruit and vegetable diet

I `m planning to stay away from rice, bread, pasta, dairy products, junk food, etc.` N my vegetables, fruit, green tea, think, "A lot of water.
Please excuse the details of how the movement and all, but I just wanted to know how much weight if I keep losing up to 30 days. Thank you = P
Note: I weigh 118 pounds, stood 5'1 "

That is exactly what I do (except I have) an eating disorder. I think if you can really stay with it, I lose 5.7 pounds per week. I just back from Hawaii, where I ate like a monster and has gained 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I started eating only fruits and vegetables and went to 120 (I'm 5'8 ") in 6 days. It also includes myself running 4 miles a day. Only about 800 or fewer calories from fruits / vegetables and recommend to eat more than that, and I'm sure to lose me.

I tried and tried Atkins vegetables, no one has to be very effective. Please note that weight control is simple. He vs.calories calories out. There is a formula to be determined to lose as much weight a person to a particular plan. When I raised only a partial control of my diet and activity on the weight was achieved. They appear to be unduly affected. 5'1 ", 118, would you probably in the healthy range charts in body mass (share index as bad as they are).

We can not know what you lose. There are too many variables. Not very healthy, but if you are not certain proteins. The key to losing weight is to eat a healthy diet and freaky ... These arrangements will only be a trigger for weight gain, when the "diet".

How much is lost depends on the amount of calories consumed per day and how many you burn. A person can only eat carrots and remaining fat, if consumed in sufficient quantity. To say that (you only eat fruit / vegetables really mean something else you will be missing other vital nutrients). We do not know how many calories the food you eat every day ... or the amount of calories burned through exercise or just to live (if) you do not practice.

At its height, is your ideal weight from 98 to 116 ... is therefore very wide. If you are muscular, can not really overweight at all.

ULL weight, because if it is broken, no carbohydrates in the diet is the muscle (because muscle, which breaks fat) will be on a smaller scale, but u'll rapid increase in new! best way is to eat things from all corners of the food pyramid, and the meat greasy or fried foods, eat, etc.

1 / 2-3 / 4 the amount that you win if you eat any other food again. The cut is good, but if you do it from your diet all together only win once again eat. Everyone is different each time you an exact amount is full.

You will probably have lost nothing ......... because no reasonable person could live on fruit and vegetables, for a month. You'll get sick of it within days.
