My last test was 3 years ago and shows a degeneration of the intervertebral disc, an annular flange and small tear small fraction. I have about ten years ago there were discetomys 2nd I know, I feel like my back is stiff and the pain is bad. can someone tell me what they need treatment, such as relief of pain and the therapist. Thank you.

Have you tried to visit the clinic or pain center? There are many opportunities out there for pain management. I) had a vertebrate L-5 years ago (but not diagnosed until recently that the vertebrae slip on the plate, which causes severe degeneration. The disc is almost completely gone, but what remains is the displacement of the nerve that goes to the left leg and numbness, weakness and pain. I had two caudal epidural injections in the hips and the beginning of the blockade. It has reduced my pain and inflammation, has more than 25% to 35% and the contributions of the hip looks very promising (it was only yesterday). May refer to your GP, but probably require further analysis and consultation with a neurosurgeon for definitive diagnosis, and was referred to the pain clinic. It would be useful to be with him now before possibly treated worse (just ask me, that's what I did). You can contact me via e-mail here if you have any further questions.

Note that if you have pain from involvement of the nerve root, ChiropPRACTICE attention is not recommended. I went this route last fall and was getting worse.

Lots of useful information contained in these sites.

I deleted some files and have the same problem about 5 years ago, I strengthen my neurosurgeon strong painkillers and told me to Pilates, the muscles around the glass door. Apparently, the assumption that the door is to reduce the pressure on the sciatic nerve and the symptoms are also reduced accordingly.
