What do I need to connect my Home theater system to my vista media center PC? - media center system

I bought a PC with Vista Premium and I have my HD home theater system. I can only see pictures and hear music, but also record TV programs directly from television. The PC is Vista Home Premium and comes with a TV tuner card and wireless LAN. I know you can do things on cable, but my PC and TV are in two different rooms and all cables for satellite, video and audio would be a nightmare.

What options do I have?
